Formally known as Lucy Morgan Apartments, Phoenix Way I is the first wave to our commitment to breathing new life into a bright future for the LaGrange area.
With newly transformed townhome-style units with all the modern comforts of life, Phoenix Way I is designed to inspire creativity and motivate each person that encounters the area.
Using the RAD (Rental Assistance Demonstration) tax credits, we were able to renovate 85 units investing 82,000 into each home.
